The Centre is open to the public for onsite visit on 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month from 10:00AM to 12:00PM with some exceptions.  Due to COVID, please observe the following measurements to keep everybody safe.    

• Visitor COVID Self Screening is required before coming to the Centre.
• Upon arrival, visitors are asked to follow the Centre's COVID Safety Plan measurements, including wearing masks, sanitizing hands, keeping 2m distance with others.
• Everyone (including volunteers) coming to the Centre need to sign the visitor log indicating a clear health screen result and print name / phone contact / in time / out time.
• Visiotrs might be asked to wait outside should the number of people in the building approach the capacity for safety concern.
• Library remains closed till further notice.
