Ven. Chang Yuan (aka Chang Yuan Fashi ) will deliver a series of dharma talks about the thirty-one essential teachings from the book Chan Buddhist Meditation, a collection of teachings of Chan Investigation, by Caodong School Chan Master Boshan Wuyi (1575-1630) in Ming Dynasty.

Drawing from his own meditation experiences in Chan Hall, Ven. Chang Yuan will direct participants to the correct approaches in Chan practice as taught by Chan Master Boshan. Although the teaching in Chan Buddhist Meditation is concise, it can be difficult for practitioners to grasp its meaning without proper guidance. With Venerable Chang Yuan's explanations, participants aspiring to engage in Chan practice shall clarify any uncertainties and benefit from the teachings.
