About the Event

This One Day retreat will be led by Ven. Chang Yao (Chang Yao Fashi) in English.

The One Day Retreat is a silent meditation retreat that is best suited for sincere, dedicated, and experienced meditation practitioners. Silent retreat allows participants more time to deeply immerse themselves in practice under the guidance of a seasoned and knowledgeable teacher.

To support retreat participants’ devotion to practice, participants are asked to observe retreat etiquette and make prior arrangements to avoid distractions and interruptions during the retreat period.

The day's practice consists of sitting meditation, walking meditation, eight-form moving meditation, Dharma talks and meditation guidance, and work practice. In between, there will be light physical exercises and simple stretching yoga.

Retreat Teacher:Ven. Chang Yao.  Dharma talks will be delivered in English
