About the Event

This weekly Chan meditation session is conducted by the Centre's Meditation Team.

7:00pm – 8:30pm Eight Form Moving Meditation, Sitting Meditation, Walking Meditation

8:30pm – 9:00pm Group Sharing of Life and Practice

There is no need to register for the weekly meditation; yet, when attending,

  • Wear loose and layers of clothes cofortable for sitting
  • Meditation mat, cushion and towel to cover legs will be provided by the Centre. You are welcome to bring your own sitting cushions or bench too.
