Event Cancellation & Refund Policy
To support a smooth and meaningful experience for everyone, and to make the best use of our limited spaces, the following policy applies to all pre-registered meditation events.
Cancellations & Refunds
Full refunds (no admin fee at this time) are available if you cancel by:
• 3-day retreats: at least 7 days before the event
(Register 2 weeks prior · Payment due within 4 days of acceptance)
• 2-day retreats: at least 7 days before the event
(Register 1 week prior · Payment due within 4 days of acceptance)
• 1-day retreats/workshops: at least 3 days before the event
(Register & pay at least 3 days prior)
We sincerely appreciate early notice if you need to cancel—it allows us to offer your space to others.
No-Shows
No refunds or transfers are provided for no-shows. Unused spots may also affect future registrations.
Transfers
Tickets are non-transferable at this time.
Cancellations by the Centre
In the unlikely event that a workshop or retreat is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., inclement weather or teacher unavailability), you will receive a full refund, and The Centre will notify all registered participants via email and/or phone as soon as the decision is made.
Special Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations arise. Exceptions may be considered case by case.
