Join us for a day of relaxing and savoring the moment, as we explore the intricate connection between Chan Buddhism and tea. We will learn that tea, like all life’s experiences, is best enjoyed when we can turn our mind inward and slow down the pace of life.
This event will begin with guided relaxation followed by a mindful tea session. It will also include fun mindfulness and sitting meditation activities, followed by a Dharma talk related to Chan Buddhism led by Cheng Xing Fashi and Q and A.
Light Vegetarian lunch will be provided.
This event is FREE of Charge and is open to all ages.

12:30-1:00 Calming drum or singing bowl
1:00-1:40 Laugh, Breathe, Relax: A Fun Approach to Mindfulness
