About the Event

This weekly Chan meditation session is conducted by the Centre's Meditation Team on behalf of the U of T Chan Meditation Group.  

7:00pm – 8:45pm Eight Form Moving Meditation, Sitting Meditation, Walking Meditation

8:45pm – 9:00pm Group Sharing of Life and Practice  & Tea

There is no need to register for the weekly meditation.  All are welcome.  

Notes: 

  • Wear loose and layers of clothes cofortable for sitting
  • Meditation mat, cushion and towel to cover legs will be provided by the Centre. You are welcome to bring your own sitting cushions or bench too.
  • You might be asked to sit in the corridor next to the Quiet Room due to space limitation.  
  • Group sharing can run over the allotted time. Participants can choose to leave anytime after 9 pm
